MANUFACTURING
From a working prototype to a controlled build.
Plan components, assembly, inspection and delivery as part of the product definition. A repeatable build starts with a clear specification.

Control the configuration
Agree the bill of materials, approved component alternatives, firmware version and assembly documentation. Record how proposed changes are reviewed and accepted.
Validate a pilot build
Use the agreed pilot scope to review assembly, software loading, functional checks and packaging. Resolve issues against documented acceptance criteria before a larger build.
Agree quality checkpoints
Define incoming checks, in-process controls and final inspection for the product. Set the sampling plan, traceability requirements and handling of nonconforming units in the project agreement.
Prepare the handover
Confirm packaging, labels, shipping configuration and the documents required for the destination market. Quantities, lead times, certifications and service terms are confirmed for each project.
