WEBSITE POLICIES · DRAFT · 22 OCTOBER 2026
Privacy Policy
How this website handles project enquiries and optional website analytics.
Information you submit
Contact and evaluation forms collect the information you enter, including name, company, email, project brief and, where supplied, app links, requirements, expected volume, launch timing and target market. Do not submit passwords, payment details or unrelated sensitive information.
Why it is used
Enquiry information is used to review the request, assess a possible project and communicate with the contact who submitted it. Form entries are stored in the protected content studio. The local preview does not send enquiry emails.
Optional analytics
With your analytics choice enabled, the website records page paths, page-view totals and an anonymous per-session identifier used for aggregated session counts. The local analytics store does not record names, email addresses, form contents, IP addresses or full query strings. If a Google Analytics measurement ID is configured and enabled, Google Analytics can also load after consent.
Storage and access
Enquiries are restricted to authenticated content-studio users. Optional local analytics are aggregated by day and retained for up to 30 days. Enquiries remain until removed by the team; a formal business retention schedule will be confirmed before production launch. Hosting providers may process technical logs under their own arrangements.
Choices and requests
You can continue without optional analytics and change that choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Use the contact page to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted. The team will review the request and the requirements applicable to it.
Third-party services
Social links open third-party websites when activated. Their policies apply on those services. Google Analytics is not enabled until a valid measurement ID is configured and the visitor has accepted analytics.
Before launch
This policy is a draft reflecting the current preview. The production hosting locations, service providers and applicable business retention details need to be confirmed before it is used as a final public policy.
