Getting started
What should I include in my first enquiry?
Your name, email and a short description are enough to begin. Model, quantity, market and timing are helpful if you already know them.
Which form should I use?
Use Contact Us for a quick question, Request a Quote for a product or order, and Customization for a hardware or software brief. Detailed project fields are optional.
Products & specifications
Are archived products still available?
Archive listings preserve historical specifications. Confirm current availability and components before selecting a platform. The Current catalog tab shows the current Wi-Fi photo frame range.
Can I specify a panel brand or a feature?
Yes. Share your preferred panel brand, display, touch, power and connectivity requirements. Navigation options describe preferences to discuss, rather than guaranteed stock or supply agreements.
Software & customization
Can you build hardware around our app?
Share the app runtime and any available API or SDK documentation. We will review provisioning, interfaces, updates, connectivity and hardware requirements together.
What does a customization brief need?
Describe the intended users and the experience. Screen size, enclosure, peripherals, destination markets, pilot quantity and timing can be added when available.
Samples & production
How do I request a sample?
Use the Developer Sample Kit form to describe what you want to evaluate. Configuration, sample price, software access and delivery are confirmed separately.
How are quality and certification requirements agreed?
Define the destination market, intended use and acceptance criteria. Request applicable test reports and documentation for the chosen configuration during the review.

Who should I contact about an existing product?

Where do media enquiries go?
